Consultation Services

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will work with you to reschedule at a convenient time.

Design Services

Design fees are typically non-refundable once design work has commenced. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction:

• If you are not satisfied with initial design concepts, we will work with you to make revisions
• Major design changes may incur additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance
• If you decide not to proceed with a project after design work has begun, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Installation Services

Once installation work has begun, cancellation may result in charges for work completed and materials ordered. We will discuss any cancellation scenarios with you in advance and work to find a fair resolution.

Materials and Plants

Materials and plants purchased as part of a project are generally non-returnable once installed. However:

• If materials arrive damaged or defective, we will replace them at no additional cost
• If plants fail to establish within the warranty period specified in your project agreement, we will replace them
• Unused materials may be eligible for return if they are in original condition and returned within 14 days of purchase

Warranty

We provide warranties on our installation work as specified in individual project agreements. Warranty terms typically cover:

• Workmanship defects
• Plant establishment failures
• Structural issues with hardscaping

Warranty claims must be reported within the specified warranty period and will be addressed promptly.
